Current applications are maintained in a pool. The hiring supervisor or selection team reviews the pool to select applicants that meet the qualifications as indicated on the job posting. If selected for an interview, the applicant will be contacted and notified of the date, time and location for the interview. Skills tests may be administered in accordance with job qualifications prior to the interview. Interviews are typically conducted by a selection team. All interviewees will be notified once a hiring decision has been made.
